PAPERS AND PRESENTATION INFORMATION
If you decide that you will not be attending the meeting, please advise us as soon as possible so we can amend the program accordingly. Any accepted paper participants who have not registered by December 1 are assumed to be “no-shows,” and will be removed from the program.
Please consult the meeting program for the time and day of your presentation. Most presenters will have a maximum of 20 minutes to present their paper, so please ensure your presentation is within this time limit to have time for feedback.
Moderators are asked to strictly adhere to the time limit set for each presenter.
A laptop and PowerPoint will be available for your presentation. Please bring your presentation on a flash drive. Have it ready for your moderator to "load up" before the beginning of your session!
Dorfman winners will be announced at the annual meeting. They must be available to present their paper, and are expected to be in attendance for the entire meeting.
Please note, this year’s meeting is running from Wednesday through Saturday!!!
